Dr. Julia Purvis, BS.MS.DC. founded Purvis Chiropractic in 1996 and has over 33 years of experience in health care. She specializes in Biomechanical Trauma in our Accident and Injury Clinic. She graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University with her Doctorate of Chiropractic. She received her Masters degree in Health Care Administration with an emphasis on Biomechanical Trauma in addition to her Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology from the University of Wisconsin.
Dr. Purvis is Board Certified in Impairment Rating and is an Associate Clinical Faculty at Northwestern Health Sciences University.
Dr. Caitlin Walter was born and raised in Wichita, Kansas. She was a competitive gymnast and cheerleader for many years. Chiropractic care is what allowed her to continue playing sports with limited pain. She knew from then on being a chiropractor was her dream profession. Dr. Caitlin attended Wichita State University for the majority of her undergrad curriculum, but finished her academic career at Cleveland Chiropractic in Kansas City graduating with her Bachelors of Science in Human Biology and Doctorate of Chiropractic.

Dr. Chase Crabtree is a born and raised local Montanan. Being active in sports, working on the family ranch, and spending time with his 3 brothers he found chiropractic as his first form of health care. After only a few visits to his local chiropractor, Dr. Chase found what would become his future profession. He graduated from Choteau High School in 2012, and continued his education to Carroll College and Montana State University. Graduating with a Bachelors of Science from MSU Bozeman. Dr. Chase then made the decision to move to Minnesota and attend Northwestern School of Health Sciences to complete his Doctorate in Chiropractic. He was award scholarships from the Chiropractic Alumni Association as well as Performance Health and Biofreeze to recognize his hard work and commitment to the chiropractic profession. He looks forward to helping the community of Great Falls and the surrounding areas!

Rachel was born in Oregon and grew up in Gig Harbor, Washington. She moved to Stanford, Montana her freshman year of High School. She took interest in Massage early on since she was an athlete her whole life. Her teammates would have her massage them on the team bus after games.
She completed her massage training of 700 hours in February of 2011. Her career started with a chiropractor in Stanford then shortly after she moved to Bozeman to work for Wellness Worx massage and Chiropractic. In the fall of 2016 she moved to Great Falls to be in the same town as her now Husband.
She practiced massage at Studio Montage for those first two and a half years she lived in Great Falls. She specializes in Therapeutic, Deep Tissue, TMJ, Prenatal, and Swedish Massage. She is excited to get back to her clinical roots and is happy to be joining the Purvis Chiropractic team.
Katie lair was born and raised in southern Missouri surrounded by the Mark twain national forest, where she grew up riding and training horses. She started developing a touch for massage at of 9 when her mother broke her neck while working in home health care. Katie was her mother's only relief from her pain. This is where her love for massage therapy started. When she was 17 she met her husband Alex and a few years later he joined the United States Air Force. She decided it was love and Katie left home and followed him to Langley AirForce Base in Virginia. They were married and had their daughter Violet.
Teri has been a massage therapist for most of her life, and has recently moved from Salt Lake City, Utah. Her twin daughters are now grown and she has started a new chapter here in Great Falls.
Teri loves working with people from all walks of life, and enjoys helping to make a positive difference. She specializes in prenatal and geriatric touch therapies, and is excited to join the team at Purvis Chiropractic.
Mary grew up in Ohio, but has also lived in Florida, Virginia and Maine. She made Montana her home in 1994 after moving to Great Falls to be closer to some family members . She fell in love with the big sky, gorgeous landscape and the friendly western culture.
Mary moved back to Ohio in 2018 desiring warmer and shorter winters, but quickly headed back to Montana in 2020. The west is where her heart is. While she was there, she attended Orion Institute in Perrysburg, Ohio. She graduated and became licensed in Massage Therapy in 2019.
Mary specializes in Therapeutic Swedish Relaxation Massage. She understands first hand the powerful benefits of regular bodywork after utilizing massage for many years for her own health and wellbeing.

Shalonda was Born and raised in Kansas. ('Yay another girl from Kansas in the office'- Dr Cait) Lived there until 2011 when her family moved to Germany due to husband's orders from the USAF. They Moved to Montana in 2015 due to the Air Force. She Received an Associate of Arts Degree from Cowley College and Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Southwestern College. She is a Photographer as a hobby and loves traveling and spending time with her husband and two kids.
Christina was born in Southern California. She served for 7 years in the United States Air Force. She is also a military spouse; she is stationed here with her husband and children at Malmstrom Air Base. She has three children and stays very busy coordinating their activities and school. Her hobbies include planning Key Spouse Events for the 490th missile squadron, crafts, volunteering, and coffee dates.
Tasha is a Great Falls native and had the opportunity to live in various places, including Japan, as both parents were USAF. Montana was always home and they moved back about 10 years ago. Tasha found her passion for health and wellness after experiencing the healing power of food when it came to her own chronic health issues. She recently graduated from the University of Idaho with her Bachelors in Dietetics and is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. Tasha enjoys hiking, kayaking, camping, recipe testing/cooking and spending time with her dog, family, and fiancé. She is excited to join the Purvis Chiropractic team!
Tiffany was born and grew up in Great Falls. She moved to California and lived there for 20 years until returning to Montana in 2017. She came back to Great Falls to raise her children in her hometown. She went to school for medical assisting and graduated in 2004. She enjoys camping, music, and spending time outdoors with her family.
