    Julia Purvis
    Chiropractor and Founder

    Dr. Julia  Purvis, BS.MS.DC. founded Purvis Chiropractic in 1996 and has over 33 years of experience in health care.  She specializes in Biomechanical Trauma in our Accident and Injury Clinic. She graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University with her Doctorate of Chiropractic. She received her Masters degree in Health Care Administration with an emphasis on Biomechanical Trauma in addition to her  Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology from the University of Wisconsin.

    Dr. Purvis is  Board Certified in Impairment Rating and is an Associate Clinical Faculty at Northwestern Health Sciences University.

    Caitlin Walter
    Chiropractor- Owner

    Dr. Caitlin Walter was born and raised in Wichita, Kansas. She was a competitive gymnast and cheerleader for many years. Chiropractic care is what allowed her to continue playing sports with limited pain. She knew from then on being a chiropractor was her dream profession. Dr. Caitlin attended Wichita State University for the majority of her undergrad curriculum, but finished her academic career at Cleveland Chiropractic in Kansas City graduating with her Bachelors of Science in Human Biology and Doctorate of Chiropractic.

  • Dr. Samantha Duffield
    Chiropractor

    Dr. Sam grew up in Zimmerman, MN.  She was introduced to chiropractic care following a soccer injury in high school that would not heal.  She was amazed at how quickly she recovered under the holistic care of her local chiropractor.  Dr. Sam earned her bachelor's degree at North Dakota State University and her doctorate from Northwestern Health Sciences University in MN.  During chiropractic school, she developed a passion for women's health and helping soon-to-be mothers and their children.  She has pursued extra training and Webster Certification through the International Pediatric Chiropractic Association.  

  • Rachel Meadors, LMT
    Licensed Massage Therapist-Massage Manager

    Rachel was born in Oregon and grew up in Gig Harbor, Washington. She moved to Stanford, Montana her freshman year of High School. She took interest in Massage early on since she was an athlete her whole life. Her teammates would have her massage them on the team bus after games.

    She completed her massage training of 700 hours in February of 2011. Her career started with a chiropractor in Stanford then shortly after she moved to Bozeman to work for Wellness Worx massage and Chiropractic. In the fall of 2016 she moved to Great Falls to be in the same town as her now Husband. 

    She practiced massage at Studio Montage for those first two and a half years she lived in Great Falls. She specializes in Therapeutic, Deep Tissue, TMJ, Prenatal, and Swedish Massage. She is excited to get back to her clinical roots and is happy to be joining the Purvis Chiropractic team. 

  • Teri Runyan, LMT
    Licensed Massage Therapist

    Teri has been a massage therapist for most of her life, and has recently moved from Salt Lake City, Utah. Her twin daughters are now grown and she has started a new chapter here in Great Falls.

    Teri loves working with people from all walks of life, and enjoys helping to make a positive difference. She specializes in prenatal and geriatric touch therapies, and is excited to join the team at Purvis Chiropractic.

    Jocelyn is a dual licensed Massage Therapist native to Great Falls, MT.  She enjoys gardening and all things health, wellness, and beauty related.   She was led to become a massage therapist due to her desire to help others inside and out.  She is excited to see progress made in patients through their health journey.

    Sophia became a massage therapist because she liked helping family members manage their arthritis and decided it would be a great career choice.  She loves to hear patient stories and help them manage their pain.  Her hobbies include hiking, going to concerts,  oil painting, and playing with her cats.

    Shalonda was Born and raised in Kansas. ('Yay another girl from Kansas in the office'- Dr Cait) Lived there until 2011 when her family moved to Germany due to husband's orders from the USAF. She lives in Montana for 6 years due to the Air Force. She currently lives in Spring Hill, TN just south of Nashville.  She Received an Associate of Arts Degree from Cowley College and Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Southwestern College. She is a Photographer as a hobby and loves traveling and spending time with her husband and two kids.

    VA Specialist and Office Administrator

    Christina was born in Southern California.  She served for 7 years in the United States Air Force.  She is also a military spouse; she was stationed here with her husband and children at Malmstrom Air Base for 4 years.  She is now stationed in Louisiana.  She has three children and stays very busy coordinating their activities and school.  Her hobbies include being a taxi drive for all of children's activities, camping, and margarita dates.

    Krystal was born near Syracuse, New York.  She grew up in LaFayette.  She has moved 18 times in her marriage of 17 years.  She moved to Great Falls, Montana two years ago.  She has 3 girls.  She enjoys reading, dance, and traveling with her family.

    Administrator

    Madison grew up a USAF military child and lived in several locations throughout her childhood.  She and her parents decided to stay in Great Falls, MT and it has become their home.  Madison is a recent High School graduate and current college student.  She also completed the New City Internship program.  She is an active volunteer at her church home, New City.  She loves animals, reading, bible study groups, and volunteering.

    Meredith was born in Conrad, Montana and has lived in Montana most of her life.  She plays percussion in the Great Falls symphony.  She enjoys spending time with her partner and two cats.  In her free time she loves a good nap and artistic creativity.
